C-Note $1,000 GRAND PRIZE winner!

Dandelion Wishes

Dandelion Wishes, by Kenna, 14, Tacoma, Wash.

Kenna says, "Me and my best friend planned to take a photo of blowing wish-weeds, but she could never blow hard enough to get her seeds off of the stem! So the picture took it and all of my seeds were floating in the air and hers didn't go anywhere."

The most recent winner of this year's $1,000 grand prize in the C-Note photo contest, Kenna is a member of American Airlines Federal Credit Union, Fort Worth, Texas.

Online readers voted Kenna's picture the best of seven $100 winners in photo contests held over the past year in C-Note. The theme of the original $100 contest that Kenna won was True Friends.
