On a busy day a credit union teller sees hundreds of friendly faces. Many of these faces belong to members -- people who save their money at the credit union.

Because members also own the credit union, a teller always treats them with respect, and whenever possible, addresses them by name.

But that's not easy when they see so many members every single day. How can a teller possibly distinguish one face from another?

In this activity, you get to be the teller. We'll let you see a short line of members waiting in the credit union lobby. Take a good hard look at the lineup and then try to build one of the faces from memory.
