When times are tough, it's more important than ever to follow a budget. From you to our entire country, budgets are used as a guide to keep our finances in order.

We're giving you $1,500 to spend on a family of four. After conducting a quick survey, the family gives you 42 wants and needs. Each item on the list will bring the family happiness, health, safety, or some combination of the three.

Your task is to balance those three:

• Keep the family happy (score 200 or more happiness points).
• Keep the family healthy (score 200 or more health points).
• Keep the family safe (score 200 or more safety points).

...and don't forget the name of the game. You must do all of this without breaking your budget. In fact, it sure would be nice if you had some money left for the family savings account, wouldn't it?
