Alligator cut-outs on the chairs...
Alligator Heads on the Chairs!

Snap! Snap! Chomp! Sit here my friend! For an alligator-themed party, I hang green crepe paper from the ceiling to create a swamp effect.
I tape an alligator head with each guest's name to a chair as a place setting.
I use a green table cloth, plates, napkins and cups. The guests play Put the Tooth in the Alligator's Mouth, Kick the Alligator, and Crocks and Seagulls.
CloseThe first thing to do with clients is
schedule a meeting.
Schedule a Meeting I usually go to the client's house with my mom or dad. This way I can see where the party will be.
If the client wants me to plan decorations, I need to know how big the space is and what parts of the house or backyard I can use.
CloseI take my party menu—a list of my services—with me and explain it. Clients can then choose the services they want.
Next, I ask what kind of theme they have in mind. Sometimes I have to give them suggestions.
Knowing the theme will help decide the decorations and invitations. The theme can also help you come up with games and crafts.

...and an alligator cake!

If I am helping host the party, I always bring along my "emergency kit." My kit includes
extra favors Extra FavorsI always bring extra place settings for the unexpected guests. My kit also includes:
- Tape
- Scissors
- Wet wipes
- Tissue
- Balloons
- Party music
- Paper and makers
I also try to pack an extra game in case there is extra time and the guests need to be occupied.
Closein case a guest who hasn't
RSVPed shows up. Last, I always bring a
camera and extra batteries.
Bring a Camera
Forget that it's 10 below zero outside!
I'm glad I had a camera for this party! The whole family posed under a beach umbrella!
CloseIt always seems to happen that the camera can't be found or the batteries die.
This quick thinking on my part has saved the day many times.
