low in calories and fat, and has
a lot of good protein. “I could
eat it everyday for lunch,”
says Liz.

In fact, the lunches from home had,
on average, 314 fewer calories and
way less fat than the lunches
from school. Way Less Fat!

The lunches from home had way less fat—only 19% to 29% (11-19 grams) of you daily fat for one meal.

Compare that to the school lunches, which provide 53% to 81% (34-53 grams) of your daily fat—from just one meal.
