Whose face would you put on a $75 bill?
Who's your role model? What do you admire about this person and why?
Well, it depends. If I have homework that's due soon, I'd probably work on that for while. Otherwise, I would mess around on my computer, practice piano, or get together with my friend Amanda.
I'd probably like to be stuck in an elevator with my friend Sam Tupper because he and I are both on the debate team, so we could talk about a lot of stuff. Plus, he's very funny.
If I could start a business, I would sell either computers or musical instruments. Two of my favorite things :)
I would like to teach orchestra. That would be great.
I'd like to spend some time with some famous musicians, like Yo-Yo Ma and David Lanz, since I could probably learn a lot from them. It would also be neat to talk to some famous scientist, since I love learning science.
Don't procrastinate. Take AP classes. Don't fill your schedule with too many easy classes. Make lots of friends. Enjoy high school. Get involved in school activities. Attend at least one play, one music concert, and one sporting event. Have school spirit. Buy a yearbook.
My parents taught me to save at a young age. I had three banks on my dresser, and I got $2 a week; 25¢ would be for church donation, 75¢ would be for buying candy at the gas station, and $1 would go into savings. The first thing I saved up for was a Crayola 110-film camera for $12.95 at Target. I was so proud when I got it! Since then, I've been the best saver in the family. I bought a $250 video camera in 2005 after saving allowance, babysitting money, and mowing the lawn for 7 months, and then I saved $150 to spend in Disneyworld in 2006, and I just bought a $450 laptop (plus software and stuff, so the total was $740) after three years of saving (and I had to pay $200 for marching band in the middle of all that).
It would be my laptop. I can do anything on it!!
Scientist (or Musician) of the Year or something like that. Or maybe Nobel Prize in Physics or Discovers Cure for Cancer.
The perfect meal is something with pasta and bread. Like spaghetti with French bread. But casseroles are great too....The perfect snack is home-made granola with harvest peach-flavored yogurt. Yum yum.
Right now, since I just bought my laptop, I don't have any money set aside (I still owe my parents a little money....) but my next goal is my own digital camera for college, and getting some money into the bank so that I can eat and live in college. And maybe go see a movie once in a while.
The worst money mistake people can make is getting themselves into debt and not paying it off on time. Then they just dig themselves into a deep hole, and that's probably contributing to the reasons why we have an economic recession right now, since people are spending money that doesn't actually exist.
‘Rich Girl' by Gwen Stefani is a cool song, and yes, I know that she didn't write it, she just changed it from ‘Rich Man' in some musical. . .is it Oklahoma? I'm not sure.
I would totally put my face on a $75 bill! Just kidding...probably Woodrow Wilson or FDR, they're just awesome. But I think that Woodrow Wilson is on some really high domination of bill...maybe.....
I know this will sound cheesy, but my mom is my role model. Just everything she does seems perfect. I think she's a great mom. And she's still smart!
