Catch up on my favorite TV shows, get ahead on my homework, sew a quilt for charity or help at the food bank.
Julie Andrews because she has such an interesting life. There would never be a dull moment stuck in an elevator with her!
A playing card shop because I love all of the different shapes and designs that cards can have.
I'd teach children how to do musical theater. I'm a great teacher and very patient-I'd be perfect for the job!
Emma Watson, Shawn Johnson and Dakota Fanning. I'd like to talk with them about how they are so successful but still stay level headed. How they handle going to school and being famous, and the paparazzi.
When you first start, know where you're going so you don't have to stop in the middle of the hallway to figure out where you need to be. Take advantage of back stairwells which are not so full of students-they may be a little out of your way but they'll save you time in the end.
Always save your money. Whenever you get new money, such as a paycheck, don't waste it all away in one go. Save some, give some to charity or church, and have the rest as spending money.
The new Kindle-the electronic device that allows you to read books without the actual book. This way, as long as I keep buying them, I can have an endless amount of books to read, providing hours of joy for me, since I love to read.
"Broadway star sees her name in a new light: as director of her own musical!"
All my extended family together in one room at one table sharing a salad, macaroni and cheese and burgers. Following would be a trip to the ice cream parlor and then heading back to the house to play Liverpool Rumy while finishing our ice cream. The perfect snack: an individual cake with semi-melted icing and sprinkles on top.
My own house because one day I'm going to have to live on my own and I need some money to start living on.
I've seen people make bad money mistakes, but the worst is when people blow their whole paycheck at one time on a shopping spree or a new electronic device, without investing any of it.
"Money," from the Broadway hit, Cabaret. It talks about the obsession people have to money, and how to some people, it makes the world go 'round. Also, "Money, Money, Money" by ABBA, which is in the Broadway hit Mama Mia. The lyrics talk about the hardships people go through to receive such little money, and their dreams of what they would do if they had all the money in the world.
Martin Luther King Jr. because he did so much for our country for civil rights. Without him, America could still be segregated between blacks and whites.
My mom. She balances our family, our money, her hobbies, and chauffeuring me to and from all my activities. She doesn't complain. She gave up her career to be a stay-at-home mom for me, and I love her for it. She has made me who I am today. Thanks mom! I love you!
