AJ stands for Andrew Jackson, our 7th president. His reputation for toughness earned him the nickname "Old Hickory." A hero of the War of 1812, Jackson has appeared on the $20 bill since 1928.

The letters stacked in each column are meaningless...until you move them into the boxes directly above. Place them correctly and you'll reveal a message. If you place them incorrectly, congratulations! You've just wasted a whole bunch of time replacing gibberish with more gibberish.
